REFUND POLICY
At KÉLO, we want you to love every piece you purchase. While we do not offer returns or cash refunds, we are happy to facilitate exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchanges
We accept exchange requests within 7 days of the item being delivered. To be eligible for an exchange, please note the following:
- Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags intact.
- Items not returned in a fully resalable condition may not be eligible for an exchange.
- Please include proof (photo) if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Depending on availability, you can exchange the item for a different size or an alternative product.
- Cash refunds are not offered for exchanges.
- Customers are required to bear the delivery charges for all exchange shipments.

Once your request is reviewed, you will be given instructions on how to send the package, along with the return address. Please make sure to include the following details on your package:
- Full Name
- Contact Number
- Order Number
Upon receiving your package, we will conduct a quality inspection. If the item meets our exchange criteria, we will proceed with the exchange accordingly.
